She sat in the waiting area of the airport, about to get on a plane. It was almost 10 years ago that she boarded a plane and she was a bit uncomfortable – not anxious – but uncomfortable about flying.
She boarded the plane and sat down in her aisle seat and silently asked all of her angels to fly alongside the plane and get her and all the passengers safely to their destination.
On the opposite aisle seat was a cute little girl who kept turning and looking at her so she started up a conversation. She always found conversations with kids energizing and enjoyed this little girl’s company.
They talked for a bit without knowing each other’s names when she finally asked the girl what her name was.
“Grace, my name is Grace” this lovely little girl answhered. Ahh, she thought. A great sign that all is well and the flight would make it easily to their destination.
How could anything go wrong with a sweet little angel named Grace on the flight?
Angels all around….
