I BARE myself to life – without taking my clothes off!

I’ve been doing the Healing Codes for about 4 months now.  Love the practice.  Hubby is also doing it and we’re seeing some major shifts.

After writing To Sleep Or Not To Sleep – Naked I was pondering the ways in which we “bare” ourself to the world. Who says I have to take my clothes off though and get naked to truly “bare” myself to life?

As I was doing a code I came up with the following acronym and sentence which has helped me tremedously to take it all off and let it all in:

B.A.R.E.

Believe

Activate

Receive

Experience

When I do my codes I now say “I believe, activate, receive and experience energetic healing from the father/mother divine consciousness.”  I bare myself DEEPLY.  Much more enjoyable doing it this way than walking around with my braless big boobies smashing against each other…:)
